Software and administrative employees have flexible working hours (fixed part: 9.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.) Production employees work only 1 shift: 6.00 a.m. - 2.30 p.m.

Software and administrative employees can use a home office several times a week.

For every 2 years of work for us, you get 1 extra day of vacation (max. 5 days). We will give you extra vacation days for your educational achievements. You can exchange worked hours for compensatory time off 1 time per month.

There are working days falling on Monday/Friday if Tuesday/Thursday are public holidays. You can work these days overtime during the year (on average 10 minutes per day) or take leave to cover them.

You can choose from a variety of internal and external training courses aimed at expanding your professional knowledge and soft skills. Or you can propose a training or conference that can be beneficial for your work.

We have created the #JUMP programme for young talent among our new employees to help them kick-start their professional careers. Managers, on the other hand, can complete a programme that helps them manage their teams on daily basis.  

You can take English or German courses during working hours. You can choose whether you just want to converse or learn grammar as well.

No parent should miss the start of their child's first year of primary school, so our staff can enjoy this day with their children.

In our company, we celebrate together every important milestone (company anniversaries, branch openings...) and every year-end (Christmas party). Our events are legendary, so you have to experience them for yourself.

We care that even the youngest members of our Scheidt & Bachmann family celebrate their big days with a smile on their lips. That's why we celebrate both Children's Day and St. Nicholas' Day with a rich programme of experiences.

In June, we are swapping cars for bicycles to be part of the Bike to Work event. In September, the whole company gets together for a football tournament, where we encourage our colleagues to perform even better.

In Žilina and Bytča, employees can practise yoga every week under the guidance of an experienced instructor.

Choose whether you want a meal allowance in the form of a financial contribution or a meal card in an amount that exceeds the legal minimum. You can also dine in our awesome SuB Ka. canteen (Žilina), where you can choose from 5 types of menus, including the FIT menu.

Coffee drinkers, tea lovers and healthy drinkers will find their own here. We have also vending machines with various treats and regularly replenish vitamins with fresh fruit (also in pill form in autumn). In the summer we refresh ourselves with lemons, popsicles, and chilled soft drinks.

We regularly provide our employees with practical gifts. We also enjoy sweets on Valentine's Day, St. Nicholas' Day, but you can also find them in every secretariat. On International Women´s Day you get a flower. You're not a woman, are you? Never mind, you can give it to your wife, girlfriend, or mum.
